Erik Skinner has spent more than 25 years building high-performing teams, leading organizational change, and solving complex business challenges. His career includes VP and SVP-level leadership roles at large and mid-sized organizations including ING DIRECT, Capital One, Fifth Third Bank, and Intercontinental Exchange.

Along the way, Erik has led post-acquisition integrations, major technology implementations, and teams spanning operations, product strategy, customer experience, and UX/UI. That breadth of experience shapes a coaching approach grounded in what it actually takes to lead people and organizations through change.
